despite the fact that they chose to make eleventy-billion sequels - all of which sucked copious amounts of penis - the first film was really beautifully done and remains one of the best childhood movies ever made, in my opinion. when you consider how tiny those dinosaurs were, their journey feels so much more epic and so much more tragic.
